A Note Regarding Internet Forums:
They aren’t for the delicate natured. There are douchebags on there who try to maneuver every conversation toward hate with their particular word choices (the short list includes every racist/homophobic slur you can imagine) in order to derail the topic. From the Chans, Voat, and Reddit, this tactic is widespread because it’s effective. It alienates those interested in helping research by putting them off of the forum (or gives them the idea that all those who buy into QAnon/Pizzagate are whackjobs with issues and thus to be ignored) or alienating them by making every interaction hostile. THIS IS DELIBERATE BY THOSE WHO DON’T WANT RESEARCH DONE. My suggestion is to ignore the douchebaggery and stick to the topic at hand. Make it hard for them to derail the train of groupthink.
